Junior Trampoline Lessons
This is a trampoline lesson for elementary school students led by professional freeskier Hakata Toji.
The aim is to improve the physical abilities that form the foundation for safely performing tricks on the snow using a trampoline.
By incorporating basic trampolining, we aim to improve not only the tricks themselves but also the ability to control the body in the air and the ability to safely take a fall, thereby ultimately improving the physical abilities required for freeskiing and safely improving freeskiing.
Furthermore, these physical abilities will be useful in a variety of sports and physical activities outside of freeskiing, further expanding your child's potential. Lessons are divided into small sections, with frequent breaks and clear practice content for each period to maintain children's concentration. For those living in the snow-free Kanto region, trampolining is an easy and effective way to train during the off-season. First-graders and younger children who have never tried a trampoline before are all welcome, so let's have fun growing together!
