■ How to contact the LINE official account
Home screen
Open the home screen of the official Kandatsu Kogen Free Ski School account. The home screen can be opened by tapping the house icon on the LINE chat screen.
Please tap the text in the red frame on the home screen.
You will be taken to the basic information screen.
Once you open the basic information screen, tap the [Shop Talk] button in the red frame.
The inquiry screen will open.

When the inquiry screen opens, select an inquiry menu from the [Inquiry Type] drop-down menu.
Once you have selected the inquiry menu, enter your inquiry details in the [Inquiry Details] field.
Once you have finished selecting and entering both items, press the [Send button]. A confirmation screen will appear, so select [Yes] if you are happy with the information.

When you return to the chat screen, you will receive a message from Kamitate Highland Free Ski School stating that your inquiry has been accepted, as shown on the right screen.
If you do not receive the message on the right, please check that your inquiry, reservation, etc. has not been accepted.
